ORDER PROCESS

The order is completed in 2 steps.

In the first step, fill in the shipping details.

At this time, you can receive the order at the registered address, at your home or at specific collection points in your area (when available). This is required before moving on to the next step. After calculating the shipping cost, press the CONTINUE ORDER button, which will take us to the 2nd step.

In step 2 you choose the payment method. This gives you the option to pay with:

1) Cash on Delivery Additional cost €2 (cash only),

2) Credit or Debit card,

3) Through PayPal.

Depending on the chosen payment method, the corresponding form will also be loaded.

To complete the order, you will be asked to accept the site's Terms of Use, which we recommend you read before completing your order by pressing the COMPLETE ORDER button. You have the opportunity to review your order one last time before completing it.

As your order is being processed and if you are already a member of the site, you can visit the "My orders" section to follow the progress of your order. The order progress steps are as follows:

"Order Placement": Your order has been placed.

"Order Shipped": The items in the order have been collected and shipped for shipment to your location.

"Order arrival at your city's post office (if available)": The order's products have arrived at your city's post office and will soon be at your home.

"Order Delivered": The products in the order were delivered to your preferred location or agency.

In case of any pending order, we will contact you with the information you have provided.

If you do not receive a confirmation email or SMS notification, it is your obligation to notify us without delay as there may be a problem with the contact details you have provided. The Company assumes no liability in the event that you have entered your contact details incorrectly and, as a result, our communication with you is not possible.
